Get involved in helping to help prevent loneliness and social isolation in our local communities.

The ‘Looking Out for our Neighbours’ campaign, launched by the West Yorkshire and Harrogate Health and Care Partnership, encourages local people to do simple things to look out for one another to help improve the wellbeing of other residents in the area. The campaign aims to get people looking out for one another – especially the most vulnerable so that we can help reduce demand on health and care services through early help and prevention.

According to mental health charity, Mind, people who are interested in helping others are more likely to be happy themselves. Feeling valued by others around you can also help reduce loneliness and contribute to positive mental health and wellbeing.

We need people across Bradford district and Craven to get involved and help create a movement to positively impact on the wellbeing of others.
