Information about the services the CCG commissions will be made available here as it is produced. If the information you require is not available here please see how you can make a Freedom of Information request.

We commission a wide range of services. These include planned hospital care, rehabilitation services, urgent and emergency care, most community health services, mental health and learning disability services.

Many of these services are provided by local organisations, such as Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust. We also commission services from voluntary, not-for-profit organisations, based in the local community.

Since April 2008 patients referred by GPs for planned treatment can choose to be seen in any hospital or clinic that can provide NHS standard care, at NHS prices. The NHS website has detailed information about every hospital in the UK. This will help you to make a more informed decision about your healthcare.

Information about primary care services in your area (dentists, GPs, pharmacies and opticians) as well as local hospitals and clinics can be found on the NHS website
