Following a healthy and nutritious diet can be easier than you think, even if you are on a budget. Eating well means eating the right amount of calories for how active your lifestyle is. Many of us eat too much and don’t burn off the amount that we do with activity. To maintain a healthy body weight, men should eat around 2,500 calories a day and women need around 2,000 calories a day.
