Stoptober - the 28-day quit smoking campaign – is back
Two thirds of smokers want to quit and you are five times more likely to quit for good if you stop smoking for 28 days.Sign up for this year’s Stoptober campaign, starting on 1 October and make this the year you quit for good.
Last year, over 1,750 people attempted to quit across the district during the month long campaign which is just one reason why the smoking rate across the district has fallen by 1.4% over the past four years to 20.9%.
