How we make decisions

This class contains information on our consultation and decision–making process, decisions made and proposals. this class only includes formal high-level meetings where key decisions about our services are made and will not include any information of a confidential or personal nature.


Information about the CCG’s mission, values and aims can be found in our constitution.

The governing body sets the overall strategy and makes most of the major decisions.  Board meetings are open to the public. You can find more information about the governing body, including reports and meetings here.

Agreement regarding the provision of public health advice

As part of the Health and Social Care Act, 2012, the responsibilty for public health was transferred from the NHS to the local authority (Bradford Council). As a result, Bradford Council, Bradford City CCG, Bradford Districts CCG and Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven CCG have set out an agreement for the provision of public health advice.
