Copyright and reuse of public sector information
Find out about who owns the information that is available through our publication scheme.
Commercial copying, hiring and lending is prohibited without our express permission. If you wish to re-use any information accessed through this publication scheme, information requested under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) or Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) for commercial reasons, then you must ask our permission for every piece of information you wish to re-use before you do so.
If all cases where you wish to re-use information, please write to the Freedom of Information Lead, eMBED Health Consortium, Douglas Mill, Bowling Old Lane, Bradford BD5 7JR describing the information you wish to re-use and the purposes you wish to re-use the information for. We will respond to you in 20 working days with details of any conditions and/or fees as determined in line with the ‘Re-use of Public Sector Information Regulations 2005 (SI 2005 No. 1515)'.
This does not apply to any information where NHS Bradford City CCG does not own the copyright. You must always request permission from the copyright holder.
